Build the essential knowledge and professional habits needed to provide safe, respectful, person-centered non-medical home care. This foundational program is designed for Olivia Home Care caregivers, prospective team members, and family caregivers.

Continue your caregiver training

After Foundations, continue with Difficult Behaviors & De-escalation. This focused course teaches caregivers to recognize triggers and early warning signs, use validation and redirection, maintain safe boundaries, obtain emergency help when necessary, and document incidents objectively.
