A clear, privacy-conscious process for confirming that an Olivia Caregiver Academy learner completed the stated course requirements.
For Learners
- Sign in to the Learner Dashboard.
- Open My Certificates.
- Select the applicable certificate and confirm your name, course title, and completion date.
- Print or download the certificate and share it only with the employer or organization you authorize.
For Employers and Organizations
First review the certificate supplied by the learner. To request confirmation from Olivia Caregiver Academy, obtain the learner’s permission and email admin@oliviahomecare.com with:
- Learner’s full name as printed on the certificate
- Course title
- Completion date shown
- A copy of the certificate or its learner-shared link
- A statement that the learner authorized the verification request
Privacy safeguard: Olivia will confirm only the minimum training information necessary and will not disclose unrelated learner-account information.
What Verification Confirms
Verification confirms that the named learner completed the stated Olivia Caregiver Academy course requirements recorded in the learning system. It does not confirm employment status, background clearances, hands-on competency, a professional license, state certification, college credit, or authorization to perform clinical tasks.
