Your clear path from registration to confident, compassionate elder care—and a course-completion certificate you can access from your learner dashboard.
Start in Four Simple Steps
1. Choose a Course
Review the learning outcomes, completion requirements, and certificate information in the Course Catalog.
2. Create Your Account
Select the free enrollment plan and register with an email address you can access. Your progress is saved to this account.
3. Learn and Demonstrate
Complete lessons in order, then pass the final knowledge check with a score of at least 80%.
4. Access Your Certificate
After all requirements are complete, open Dashboard → My Certificates to view, print, or download your certificate.
Learner Standards
- Complete your own training and protect your login.
- Treat scenarios and discussions with dignity, privacy, and respect.
- Use the training to strengthen—not replace—employer policies, supervision, or required hands-on competency.
- Report emergencies, suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, and safety concerns through the proper channels.
Account and Certificate Help
Returning learner? Open the Learner Dashboard and sign in with the account used for enrollment.
Certificate not showing? Confirm every lesson is marked complete and the final assessment meets the required score. Then refresh My Certificates.
Need support? Email admin@oliviahomecare.com. Do not send passwords, medical records, or sensitive participant information by email.
