Participant Rights in Pennsylvania Home Care prepares direct care workers to protect dignity, privacy, choice, safety, independence, and a meaningful voice in services. Learners practice honoring refusal, responding to complaints, recognizing rights violations, and documenting facts without retaliation or coercion.

This course supports caregiver education. Staff must also follow the participant’s current service plan, Olivia Home Care Services policies, emergency procedures, and the program requirements that apply to the participant.
